We hope you’ll love your purchase but if it isn’t quite right, we will happily accept returns of unused items within 14 days of goods delivered. Please inform us of your request in writing to [email protected]  and we will send instructions by email.

We take care to ensure that all our items are shipped in excellent condition. Please send unused items back in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Please ensure that the parcel is properly protected when returning as returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Please note that you are responsible for the items during shipping. We recommend returning your parcel using “track and trace”, allowing you to trace your parcel and preventing possible disputes between sender and receiver, Costs and risks of returned articles are with the customer. After receiving your returned article we will refund the purchase price into your bank account within 10 days.

In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us via email within 24 hours of receiving the items with all the details. If we are satisfied that the item you received is different from your order or it has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order where appropriate.


Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges on our products. You can simply create a new order for the style you wish to have instead and create your return in the meantime - you will be refunded for the unwanted item as soon as possible.
